pump in autodesk cfd

Hello everybody. I have a big problem. I'm trying to launch a pump assembly in cfd but it doesn't load properly. the pumphousing has a big "hole" in it. don't know why. then i tried to export the iam file to a step file and launch it. that worked good for me BUT every time i launch the  pump, the rotation region is still missing. every part remains only the rotatting region is still missing. i don't get it.

Can somebody help me please.

Jack987,

Sounds as though you might need to adjust the modeling coincidence tolerance used at import. This can be done via the AsmCoinTol flag prior to the import of your model. Without knowing something of your model units and dimensions, I can't say with any certainty whether the tolerance need be adjusted upwards or downwards, but the odds favor a downwards (perhaps an order lower) adjustment. If you can, please zip and post your model file for me to have a look.
