Power out put of Turbine in Rotating Region

Hi I have been trying to figure out how to use the results from my rotating region analysis of a ducted turbine and I'm having difficulty.  I really just want to calculate the power output of the turbine and the lift and drag force of the turbine. Is there anyone who can assist me in understanding this data. The hydraulic torque I'm seeing there make no sence, it's too low to be used with the rpm, that'd be the most inefficent turbine ever known. Unless the hydraulic torque isn't necessary for the solution. I'll share one of the rotating region analyses.
