possible bug with adaption

I've just discovered a bug. It can be re-created by doing these steps:

- Run model, get results.

- Adapt mesh once, solve again

- Part way through solving, stop the solution

- Attempt to re-start the simulation using the adapted mesh

When I try to re-start the simulation, it will only re-start using the un-adapted mesh.

Is this a known bug? Have other people had it?

Hi Rob,

What do you mean by re-start the simulation?  When continuing from the part way solved sequence, the adaption is visible.  If I re-start from 0 iterations, the expectation is to start over.  You might find this link of interest:

Hi Peggy,

When I say re-start, I mean pressing solve and selecting to re-start from the numbered last result on the adapted mesh.

Hi Rob,

There must be more to your steps.  I believe I repeated everything you wrote but cannot see the issue you are reporting.  I used a tutorial model and repeated your steps line by line.  If you still see the issue, you may want to contact support team for more detailed troubleshooting.

Thanks,

Peggy
