Do the Autodesk Simulation CFD 2013 is intended to work on shared network?

I installed the Autoesk CFD 2013 in the local w7 - 64 bit and copied the installed binares to the \\ shared network drive and try to execute the SIMCFD.exe from another w7 machine.

1.Error out for reg value HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Autodesk\Simulation CFD is fixed

2.Material databse file not found issue was fixed in C:\ProgramData\Autodesk

Still facing the error from the License perspective...

Question is Do the CFD 2013 is intented/designed to work from a shared drive?

It is not intended to be run from a network/shared drive.
