Contacting support

Hello,

Does anyone know how to contact support? None of the engineers I work with are able to do overnight CFD runs until this is fixed. I've tried e-mailing, posting on here and phoning (was on hold for an hour before giving up).

Perhaps I could try posting a letter!?!

Ta in advance for any tips.

For users that are active on Subscription, it is best to call us, or if you'd like to get a case started directly in our system (that is tracked and logged) you can start one within the Subscription Center. This is outlined within the sticky thread at the top of the forums (How to Contact Support)

In this instance as Rob is active on subscription, we've reached out and taken this in to a support case.
