Hi,

I've noticed that cfdesign.com has been taken down from the web and there is no way to refer to anything that was originally there.There are many helpful files and references there and it's quite a waste to remove it.

Would anyone happen to know where it has moved to?

The cfdesign.com site has been retired. I wrote up this article a fairly long time ago. Some of the links need to be updated.
