CFD 2013 when launching edge merging tool

Hi,

Im having a problem with one little edge on startup and when i launch the edge merge tool to try and fix this problem the program crashes.

the attached cfz file is when the file just opens.

Im a student who learnt to use inventor and cfd by myself so i have no form of training to fix this problem

Your problem will need to be resolved in CAD / Inventor

Many of your parts have subtle (i.e. really thin) overlaps / interferences, this will cause problems with meshing.

Some of the edges that appear when you go in to the Geometry tools seem to come from reference geometry / sketches that are coming through. Try making sure that any of those references are hidden so that they do not come through when launching

Many of the small interferences are on your axle between the wheels and then theres a random surface body in the rar wing.
