We are running cfd 2013 on 4 computers. One is having a problem. On startup after the splash screen I get the following message "autodesk simulations cfd 2013 has stopped working". I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software. Still get the same error. Is there a log I need to look at or system processes I need to check.
win 7 x64
Thanks for the help

Hello,
I have got a problem with Autodesk SImulation CFD - I have installed it. When I firstly run the program, it requested code and serial, which I have inserted. Then an error appeared - The program stopped working. I have Windows 7 (64bit).
I dont have on-screen keyboard. Service 'TabletInputService' is stopped.
Do you know what should fix this?
Thank you!
I have also disabled TableInputServices from Services List but the problem of startup remains?
What is the solution?
Thanks!

Unfortunately I still have the same problem. I attach a picture to show you what is the message that I get when I try to open it. It is not the same that shows in the page that you cite me.
Thanks Again.
Best Regards!
What about those of us that need to have the Tablet PC Input Service running?
I have a touch-screen computer that I use for design, and enabling/disabling the Tablet service every time I need to run the simulation is going to get very old, very fast.
Please checkout SP1. That should fix the issue.
Thanks!
Royce
My issue was that I was not opening the programm as administrator. When I run it as administrator it opened normally. 🙂
