Can't get starting a simulation

Hi! I'm having problems with a simulation regarding the external aerodynamics around a car. Every time I try to run this particular simulation, it appears a window saying that "The Analysis has stopped because the Solver has exited unexpectedly" and suggesting to send the ".cfz" file to the Technical Support for assistance, so that's what I'm doing. I would like to know what am I doing wrong.
Thank you very much for your help.

Best regards,
Silvia Imbriaco

Are you running on a local drive?

Please share a cfz file, we cannot open a cfdst.

Kind regards,

Jon

Hi! Yes I'm running on a local drive. I figured you needed the .cfz file, but it's too large and I can't share it on this forum. Even if I zip it, it's still too large. Is there another way to share it?

Thank you.

Hi Silvia,

I can send you a Dropbox invite. Have you set it up in line with the examples instructions?

Yes, I followed the examples instructions. I'm loading the .cfz file on dropbox. However, now I'm having other problems even opening the file!

Yes, it would appear that this is corrupt, I cannot open in here either.

Can I suggest you begin again? Feel free to share the new cfz with me.

Ok, thank you! Now I don't have the time to do it, but I will as soon as possible!

Thank you very much!

Best regards,

Silvia

I re-set up the simulation, but it's giving me the same problems and I can't re-open the .cfz file. I shared it on dropbox, even though I don't think it can be of any help. Perhaps, the only solution is to re-start from the very begginning and re-make the whole geometry.

Thank you very much for your help.

I suggest you run our example car model. Just to test all is well.
Maybe share you CAD with me and I may be able to assist.
