V-ray Material issue

I have problem to do renders with v-ray since i have never used it before So  I need to know if it's possible to use bitmap when using v-ray render

Like for example if i liked a normal floor picture on google would i be able to use it ???If not can you guid me on how to start because im abit lost.

And if their is a special way to download v-ray materials from a website.
