Not able to find "RENDER GLOBALS" option in Maya 2013...

Can anyone tell me that what is the roll of "render globals", and where do i find this option in maya 2013. I hv tried but i hv failed to it, i hv serche it in render settings, no result. So plz help me out.

This is where you designate render settings such as resolution, output file types, and which render engine to use, etc.
