Mental ray Final gather

Hello , i have different picture after render via console and via 3dsmax programm with use mental ray and enable final gather in scene.

My console command --

"C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max 2014\3dsmaxcmd.exe" -outputName "D:\new folder\Scene\newImage.jpg" -w 800 -h 600 "D:\new folder\Scene\newscene.max"

Left picture via programm, right via console.

Personnally, i can't see the difference between your images.

One thing is certain, if both configuration use the same settings, same file format, you should have the same image.

Heres a link with the complete informations about command-line rendering.

And i have attached a simple test that i made here, with a simple cornel box, with the settings a little bit exagerated.

Image 1 rendered in Max 2015 without Final Gathering.

Image 2 rendered in Max 2015 with FG

Image 3 rendered in command-line (with your settings).... you can see that this image has been rendered with FG, like the image 2

Image 2 and 3 are identical and you can see the difference with the image 1 without FG.

The image on the right looks like it has a different gamma settings.

Try rendering to openEXR without gamma and then correct the images in post with the same settings. They should render out the same.
