Diffuse map not showing on complex objects?

Hi!

this is my first post and and i'm a noob, so this might be something simple i've overlooked. I've imported a mesh from zbrush (exported as obj) and tried to apply a material to it, but the disffuse, bump and displace maps of the material seem to refuse being applied. When I try the same material on a simple sphere created within max there's no problem. See attachments: same material, same light settings.

I'd really appreciate your sugesstions!

Thank you

F

What is the map resolution?

To me it looks like the res is too low for the object. If the texture is tileable, try tiling it.

Your images are pretty dark and hard to see, but I'm guessing the UVW mapping is not set up correctly.  Are you using Real World Coordinates?  Can you preview the material in the viewport, and does it look correct there?
