Creating cube, material is screwed up when I export (Havok Content Tools)

Hello, I'm working on a project and I'm following this tutorial I found to create a cube, assign a material to it, and export it for further use in vForge (Havok vision engine scene editor). So a few weeks back I followed the tutorial and everything worked out fine, but now when I am re-doing it, the material on the cube ends up looking funky on two of the sides right after I export it using Havok Content Tools. However, in 3ds Max, it looks perfectly fine. Not sure what is happening exaclty. Here is the tutorial I am following
