Best Youtube videoes for rendering tutorials

Hello.

I'm learning to use 3D Max Design through a self-study session. It's quite fun, and I'm getting the hang of it.

How ever, there are some issues that I find quite difficult:

I mostly do exterior renderings, using mental ray sun and sky. My main problem is, that my renderings seems to dull, the colors are not very colorfull and seems boring, I would love them to be strong and bright, just like a real day out in the sun.

I think my exposure is quite right, I just dont know how get my rendering to be "crispy".

So, if you know some great tutorials on Youtube, that clould help me get a little bit further, please post me links.

I guees I have work to do with my materials and more advanced lightning settings.
