How do I set up 3ds Max 2013?

My CPU: A8 5600k
My GPU: HD 7770

GPU is much faster than the CPU.

To use your graphics card for rendering you must assign one of the hardware renderers as the production renderer. Either iray or quicksilver.

I am facing same problem with 3ds max 2014. But I am using AMD Radeon RX 570 Series as my GPU not NVidia.

You have said about quick silver rendering. Where will I find this Quicksilver Hardware Rendering plugin? 

And how will I install this? I have tried a lot in google, but couldn't find it. Would you please tell me about that?
