Working with reinforcenent

Can you please help me with a guide (step by step) how to use "Plate reinforcement" (-Bending, -Required, -Provided)
The manual is too old and it is not describing how to use this parts.
Another qustion is how i can make a plate without reinforcement at the top of the plate?
I have no bending moments at the top (maybe very small)
Thank in advance / Tord

Rather not possible. Minimum reinforcement will be generated.
You can also try to play with covers to get "almost" one layer reinfrocement

or with the settings below min reinforcement will not be calculated if not required (from calculation \ design point of view).

Thanks Rafael

But I still can´t see anything describing how to work with the "Bending-/Required-/Provided- reinforcement" and what I can do in theese dialogs.

(See attached files)
