Hi Roman,
the requested selection effect can be obtained using selection by window in the current view and then using "common part" of this selection with selection by some section - like HSRO 14x0.312 section on the screen capture below:

when I have written "using selection by window in the current view" I meant the new window with part of the structure - as in this video.

Yes, but IMHO, my wish can be like a timesaver, because in this case user make a little less mouse clicks 😉 For example, checkbox with on/off In curent view only.

I understand your point but it would result in additional check-box in the selection window making it even more sophisticated.
