Wind turbine tower modelling in Robot Structural Analysis

I am trying to replicate the exact model of the paper I am providing as an attachment.

Wind turbine tower of height =87.6m

Base dia =6m

Base steel thickness = 0.035m

Top dia = 3.87m

Top Steel thickness = 0.025m

Mass density = 8500kg/m3

E = 210 GPa

Mass of the tower = 356620kg

Can anyone help me in modelling the tower? I have worked on SAP2000, but results aren't fruitful. Autodesk is relatively new for me and I am not familiar wiith the designing options.

What the problem do you have it in modeling . its easy define new columns circular hollow section tapered .
