Don´t ask me why but , just redefine cladding 1058, the one that takes the X wind , making the botton segment in Y+ direction the 1st one.It will work without warnings

Check if the panel local system remains the same as the generated distributed panel load is applied in the its local system Z direction.

PS1: to reduce the file size , save it with another name and "without results" and zip it.
