Variance in numbers between two identical models

I have been working on a 3D model for last couple of months and recently I have re-meshed it and reanalysed it again. The results from the latest file is completely different to the previous one. The core wall axial load values(Wz) varies also. I have also checked the total reaction on the table which also varies by a big margin.

I have also a query on the reaction table, What is the difference between sum of values and sum of reactions. The sum of values do not match sum of reation table.

I have attached both model on wetransfer, please download them form the link below.

Thanks

Ragul

I have checked sw - almost the same in both files. (I mean sw , not the whole case 1 reactions).
So check loads etc

BTW my suggestions:
- do not use kinematic links
- mesh model without regular mesh
- correct geometry to get better mesh and results

See this file: http://we.tl/bE689yrJau
- corrected location of bars 267 269to273 469to471 486to523 526 527
- corrected slabs edges
- recommended meshing options set
You may correct in the same way rev2 model then check results.
