User defined seismic lateral force

Hello.

I think there are some problems with user defined lateral force.

First, when I calculate displacement there are no difference between V=Ton and V= 200 Ton .

Second. I have assigned load manually but results depend on R factor. Why?

Could you please help me to understand these difference between results?
