User-defined sections

What is easiest method to create attached section in the Robot?

you can

 

1-save this dwg as dwf and import it into section definition module.

or

2-Import the I section from any of the available profile databases , then add the lateral plates and make it "united" clicking on menu Contour/ standardization of overlapped contours

or

3- Build it from scratch if I section is not in any of the databases

 

All 3 options using the section definition module

DXF did not work for me, when I import it, I get the attached.

Well, I saved your dwg as 2013 dxf , imported it (fixed angle=4).

 

Then select the contours that are supposed to be openings , right click / properties , mark "openings" , apply. See below

Thank you for your help. When I save it to data base, Are dimension
characterizing are sizes of section (23in, 13.5in , 1.63 flange) and can I
leave section type as ?

You can type anything on all 3 dimensions ,or only on dimensions 1 and 3.

I would select " box" for this section type , so it can be verified by the standard  you choose.
