unintended circular mesh pattern

Hi I'm sending a model from revit to robot (2014). I wanted to check if everything is fine at this stage before continuing further. But when I mesh the robot model with rectangular preferences it generates unwanted circular patterns at the foundation level. Robot file is attached; can you help me finding out the reason behind this and suggest a solution. Thanks in advance.

I deleted the mesh from this panel, changed the mesh parameters and launched local mesh generation.
