stub post lapped and eccentrically loading a column

Greetings,

I have an awkward beam interaction here that I am trying to model, and I'm unsure how to accomplish it. Hopefully the pictures below will clarify my explanation. Basically, it's a stub (W6x20) that is lapped flange-to-flange with the main column. both the column and the stub are picking up cross beams.

So, my stub needs to apply an eccentric load to the column and avoid interaction with the W18x60 cross member. Any ideas on how I could accomplish this? I'm not necessarily interested in the connection, just the loads for each of the members.
