Hello members,
I am facing a graphics glitch. When I model circular hollow members, RSA is showing me strange T- sections instead of Circular ones. But when I checked the section database, it is showing the correct cross section.
The database is of NS3472, Norweigian sections. KR section type is for the circular hollow members.
Following are few images. What is the workaround for this!? Do I have to re-install ?

Okay, thanks
Yes I am on the latest service pack, I guess.
It says, RSA Pro 2014 Version : 27.0.0.4556 (x64) ......is this the latest one !?
I think the problem is with my system
Now, do i have to re-install the software or is there anything can be done to .cfg file or someother file without going through that re-install phase !!
I guess you´ll have to wait for an official Robot voice!!

Hi,
if Racascudo mentioned "an official Robot voice" 🙂 I will look at it - download the file and check the possible reasons of anomalies observed by nany717.
nany717 please do not reinstall yet - it may not help
BTW: there were several service packs (5) for RSAPro 2014 and the latest version number is v.27.0.5.4679 (x64)
Regards,
Strangely,
The problem was gone...Autodesk suggested that it might be an issue with mix-up of standard databases and user databases.
Anyway its working fine now...
Thanks for the quick support pp2008
