Steel Check for AISC 341-05 Fy value check is wrong

In AISC 341-05 chapter 6.1 there is a limit for Fy = 50 ksi.  This limit ensures that steel members must use Fy <= 50 ksi.  The key here is that 50ksi is OK.  The steel check in Robot checks to see if Fy < 50ksi instead of Fy <= 50ksi.  See attached pictures.  I get failing sizes due to this bug.  Otherwise they would be fine.  Simply change the check to make sure that the Fy value is 50ksi or less.

Any resolution on this?  I had to set the steel Fy to 49.9 ksi so the members wouldn't show an instability error.
