Stabilising wall

I have a column+beam structure with a stabilising precast concrete wall. (See attached pdf).

I want the beams and columns to take the vertical forces and the wall to take its self weight and the horisontal forces.

Is the best way to do this to change the walls into claddings and use rigid links or is there other better ways to do this?

Regards

Henrik C

You may consider defining the orhotropic thickness of a wall with stiffness in the vertical direction being much smaller than in the horizontal one.
