Spreadsheet calculator with Robot Structural Analysis 2012 - Excel 2002

Hello

I am currently using:

- Robot Structural Analysis 2012, 64 bit (in French)

- Excel 2002 (in French)

- Windows XP 64 bit (in English)

I can launch Spreadsheet calculator from Robot, but for some reason, spreadsheet calculator does not seem to work properly.

a) For instance, I cannot click on "Help > spreadsheet calculator information" (nothing happens) 

b) Everything is gray in Library (see fig b)

c) More importantly, functions do not run properly (see fig. c)

So is there some incompatibility problem with my system or is there something that I did not understand about how this add-on works?

You also need to download and install the add in from Autodesk subscription centre. 

I'm not sure why it's a 2 part install process or why the extra download is not communicated very well, but thats how it is.
