Spreadsheet Calculator 2015 error

Dear Sir or Madam,

I'm trying to use the Spreadsheet Calculator for RSA 2015 student version but it keeps showing me errors. I have installed in my computer Excel 2010 32bits and Excel 2013. Attached is the message that I get. Also is the SC library available for student version? And does Project Octupus has the same features as SC (like the design libraries) or just to obtain results from bars in RSA? Thank you very much in advance. Regards.

No, it is available only from the Subscription site.

And does Project Octupus has the same features as SC (like the design libraries) 

No, the predefined modules are not the part of Octopus.
