Soil pressure + water pressure

I have a tank with water pressure (from inside to outside) and soil pressure ( from outside to inside) .

How can i do this for the same model , please ?

You can use Soil pressure and Hydraustatic pressure.

I also do this . I defined only soil pressure as shown in the attached file but the soil pressure case has not logic results !
