Slabs (one way) and Calddings load distrubution

i have a model where i have some slabs (one way) and som calddings. The slabs have simplefied load distrubution in x-dir and the claddings have load distr. in the y- dir. (localy of course)

Qust:

Can cladding #C transfer load in to Slab A? The load of #C is oriantated parallel to the cladding #C and normal to the plane of the cladding #C?

Claddings transfer loads on nodes, bars, panels edges, not on other claddings.
