How I change the limit of maximum bar spacing, please see attachment

I can’t, find the ruler of design code A23.3-04 that determining 20 cm limit spacing in the slabs

In the reinforcement definition toolbox, you can define maximun and minimum rebar spacing, and define if you want to make identical reinforcement for top and bottom face of the slab.
