Shear Forces are Zero in EC3 Verification

I have a simple 2D steel frame. The shear force is reported as 260kN in the bar results, but Vy,Ed is zero in the member verification.

Any ideas? Thanks

The shear force is 260KN at the edges of the beam and 0KN at mid point/section.

The element is checked at its worst position-point-section which in your case seems to be the mid point/section of your element where you probably have the highest My value Smiley Wink

Look at the picture Verification.png you have attached. It's written "Internal forces in the analyzed section" and "Moment at member center" which means that your check is been made on the center section of the element.
