when i draw a member in the gui , how can i determine which leg is b and wich leg is h ?

Please display local coordinate system of a bar. Y corresponds to b whereas Z to h.

Hi dear

I think there is a mistake !!!

In the reinforcement tab in the diagrams for the bar i see that the b leg correspond to z direction. Is it correct?

The diagram is correct however it seems that you made the assumption that it should be drawn along b whereas it is (in my opinion rightly) drawn according to the direction this reinforcement is intended for (against My moment).
