Robot's not letting me create things

I need some help because I haven't found anything on the internet that resembles what's happening to me. This is my first time using this software, but the program won't let me create anything at all!!!! I can't create bars. I put the beginning point and then when I clik the end and nothing happens!! It doesn't create the bar, but there's no error. Also, I was only able to create one column, then it didn't let me create anything else. I tried on 2D frame, on building analysis and... well, nothing!!! I'm trying reinstalling, but any ideas on the topic would be super helpful!!!!

Can you check the format of numbers in your Windows regional settings and set different and reasonable symbols for "Decimal symbol", "List separator" and "Digit grouping symbol"?

I have "played" with them a little and I was able to reproduce the anomalies similar to reported by you:

Problems with the interpretation of decimal separator in Robot may be also related to the driver of the printer, but in such case usually it is observed in the tables of Robot and not in the graphic window. But in any case - if the suggestion given by me above does not help then please try to change the default printer (it can be even some PDF generator like PDF995 or PDFCreator)
