Robot , Flat slab modeling

Hi Rafal 

Can you explain ( short video) how to model a flat slab with drop panel  according to the pic below

Thanks for help ,

In reality the top of both panels ( TH20 and TH30 ) must have one level , here is the problem , how to make top of both panels have same level as in parking building.

For out of the plane bending this is irrelevant (unless you have large in plane forces which is I'd say unlikely for a typical slab design).
