Robot Error- Need Help Please

Dear All,

I am working on a model and have encountered a strange problem while running the model for analysis purposes. I have consulted with our IT department and could not come to conclusion if the problem is in actual file format or with the robot software we have installed in our computer system. Albeit, I can use the robot model and apply all modifications to it. When I click run, after a little while I get an error saying that "Robot structural has stopped working". It crashes every time I run the model.I have attached the screen shot and see the links below to download the robot file for your perusal. Please let me when you have found a solution to my problem. I would greatly appreciate your kind help and anticipate you findings. If you require further information please let me know.

Good Wishes

1. Read http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/Robot-Structural-Analysis/Error-message-quot-Encountered-an-improper-a...

2. Open the file in the repair mode

3. Set iterative adjustment of meshes in Job references

4. Select all panels and delete meshes

5. Select all panels and assign the meshing parameters as on the attached picture (you may want to change the elements size)

6. Calculate the model

I would recommend installation of HF5
