Robot 2015 offline help

Hi,

...just installed robot's offline help.......when I press F1 the following window pops out....

Why is it looking for internet connection if it's an offline help?

Please check if the offline help is visible in the installed programs list:

That's weird,...cann't find it in the installed programs list,....

...just tried to reinstall it but no luck,...

Do you have any suggestions? What else can I try?

In the temp folder you should find Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Professional 2015 Help Installer.log file. Could you attach it please?

The log seems to be OK. Do you have C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Autodesk RSA 2015 Help folder created?

C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Autodesk RSA 2015 Help doesn't exist!!!

I tried to reinstall it again but nothing,....there's just C:\Autodesk\Autodesk RSA 2015 Help folder where the self extractor unpacked the installation.

C:\Autodesk\Autodesk RSA 2015 Help\setup.exe

Hi Artur,...

...tried to run it from there a couple of times,...it asked me to browse the installation folder (clicked next) and than it said "installation completed successfully"!

Try to run it as admin (available under RMB when you have the exe file selected).

...just tried to run it as administrator but nothing,.....there is no Robot 2015 Help in the installed program list and no c:\program files\autodesk\autodesk robot 2015 help folder.

...can you think of something else?

Unzip it to folder:  c:\Program Files\Autodesk\Autodesk RSA 2015 Help\

Create this registry :

or import it from attached reg file (unzip it and made doble click on reg file to import it to registry)

I have already created the registry file but I cannot access the offline help!

I don’t know why but when I install the offline help nothing happens!

What where the steps that you have taken?

Can you help me?
