Results-scale

H!

I am new to Robot and I have a question regarding the Results.  How can I scale the resluts so that it looks "nicer". What I got looks like this and I don't know how to access the setting to make the moment diagram smaller.

How about turning the result tables on and off? I mean the green and the red retangulars.
