RC Foundation design tab/buttons

Hi....

...when switching between structure start and rc foundation design module the tabs/buttons in the upper screen doesn't show up (or do, but after changing from structure view to results etc. they often disappear). How can I switch then on again!?? Why does it happen anyway!?
