RC columns design -manual combinations.

I have problems to design RC columns with manual combinations, this option is always off. Furthermore if I select simple cases, software ignores some of them, mainly seismic cases. How could I solve this ? Thank you.

Do I have to install Robot 2014 SP3?

If you have Robot 2014 without SP 3 then yes. In fact the newest is SP5 available from Robot 2014 SP5. Try to install it and check if it solves your issue.
