"Stress or strain ratio" - PSI calculation

Hi,

I ran into some problem calculating PSi ratio for steel cross section class. In stress analysis for bars the stress diagram shows those stresses that i have to use in formula which are accurete with my calculations, however calculating PSI ratio (4.72/10.67=0.44), it's not equal to RSA Detailed rasults given (-0.57). I am attaching robot file for further inspection.

So my question: am i doing calculations right or the configurations for analysis are incorrect?
