Proper Modeling of RC Beams and slabs

We are trying to model and existing building that has the All Concrete structure Top of Beams level with the Top of slabs -  Whats the proper way to model this?  Break up the slabs inbetween each beam so that Robot doesnt count for double deadloading (Slab ontop of beam)  or is it possible to just model the entire slab as a whole and have Robot subtract slab part where there are beams? Any ideas?
