Hi tony. Pass in PM.
because I want to design all together.
I was do with Sap V2000 very good, but very time consuming.
I'm starting with Robot, help me save time in the solid building blocks.
I might be missing something but why not just assign soil springs to the slab? In the slab properties you can assign soil properties to the slab. Make sure you set the uplift direction correctly (positive Z axis). You will also need to assign a horizontal restraint to the slab to keep it from sliding.
Thats what I was trying to get at bjur...........
Why not just have node supports with springs, or a slab on ground as you suggest.
The solid base is just too much work for no real advantage In my opinion.
Tony
Thanks.
To bjur.
Yes. I will assign a horizontal restraint to the slab to keep it from sliding.
To tony.
In modol, I do not Foundation raft, I want to do the Foundation pile raft, but I have not added the pile.
If you can give me one example of modol pile raft??
Thanks for the great comments.
