Hello ARSA support
Can you please give me a guideline when i should use the various of "panel calculation models".
I think it should help me if you could give me some examples on where to use them.
Is there a timeconsuming thought about it?
Are some of them more accuracy in the calculation?
Are some of them wrong (dangerous) to use in special cases?
I have tried to find more information in the Help-file but i don't get any wiser.
Please teach me.
There is some default "panel calculation models" like:
-Curtain wall
-Shell
-Deck slab (one-way)
-Slab-Flexible diaphragm
-Slab-Rigid diaphragm
And they are configurable in many ways.
Elastic stiffnes
----------------
-Without FE
-With FE
-(Shell)
Rigid connections of nodes for the slab
---------------------------------------
-Without stiffening
-Stiffening diaphragm
-(Flexible stiffening in XY)
-(Full stiffening Rigid body)
Transfer of loads
-----------------
-Analytival FE
-Simplified
-(One way)
-(Two way)
Best regards and i wish you a happy christmas / Tord
