open previous version

when I try to open .RTD project of previous version a message appear an says

 and nothing happens after that

any help please

What do you mean by "nothing happens"?
File should be opened without any problem. Set 3D default view to see if model is opened.

But you are not opening any file.
Clear cfgusr folder before next robot start.
