NON LINEAR ANALYSIS - NO CONVERGENCE

Hi everyone, is there someone that can help me to find the issue on the attached model?

I have 8 cables with pre-tension to define to obtain the non-lifting of the primary columns of the structure. This is a oil tool for tubing.
