Modal analysis - steps

When I run only a modal analysis, in the Modal Analysis Parameters window the Disregard density must be checked?

What recommandations are for Mass matrix and Method then?

Based on your answers to previous questions, if I choose to perform a seismic analysis, can you detail the necessary steps?

Can you explain what is in the picture regarding Lanczos method?

I read some answers on forum but I need an overview from more experienced colleagues.

In order to do modal analysis to go for seismic analysis you need to do this steps :

1- Analysis type then new chen choose modal analysis as shown below .

2- Choose the the parameters as shown below .

3-convert load to mass from analysis type go to load to mass tab then do it as shown below :
