In short - extruded panels can not detect adjoining panels.
I will show you how to handle this later on.

Ignore it it is mathematicla instability cuased by bog difference between these elements in stiffness matrix:

Stiffness matrix diagonal elements
Min/Max after decomposition: 4.032946e+007 2.539805e+019

If you use Skyline solver this instability will disappear.

One remark concerning your model : panel 97_side(13) not connected to cladding 116 and wall 104
